How To Withdraw your PF amount


If you would like to withdraw the PF and pension amount, then you need to submit Form 19 & 10C which is enclosed for your convenience only after 60 days of leaving along with the below said copies of the documents. 
i)  Final settlement, relieving letter
ii) 2 Cancelled cheque /Bank statement copy -
Blank cancelled cheque/Bank statement copy is required for the confirmation of your bank a/c no. and the branch address.
iii)  A Photo ID card - This can your Voter Id / PAN Card / Driving license.
iv)   Signature of a witness in page two of the application. - You can take the signature from any of your family members, colleagues or friends.


c) If you are going abroad and would like to withdraw the Pf amount then submit Form 19 along with the copies of the below said copies of the documents on your last day.
Visa, Passport, Offer Letter/Admission letter/Air ticket along with the other above said copies of the documents.

Points to be noted for your reference while filling Form 10C

For Pt.No.1: Please mention the name same as you have provided at the time of joining Wipro or else it will get rejected. 
        
For the Point 5, the Region/SRO Code in the Employee's pension scheme form is not mandatory and you can leave that blank. Code & A/C No is nothing but Pf no.( PF no is reflecting in your pay slip, hence please refer your pay slip for the same.)
Employees who has served more than 9.6 years in an organisation are compulsory to opt for secheme certificate.
Point 8. Just tick no.
You have opted for Scheme certificate in the 8th column of the form

 1. If yes: The Scheme Certificate will be sent to your residential address from the PF office Bangalore.
And the following copy of documents required
(a). Age & Address proof of the member
(b). Age proof of the children’s
(c). Copy of relieving letter

2.   If No: You can withdrawal pension amount from the PF office and it will be credited direct to your bank account which you have mentioned in the form 10C.


Point 9. Fill the details of your family members
Point 10. is not applicable for you. Hence please leave that blank.
Point 11. Please fill your Bank A/c details with complete postal address  since your pension amount will directly get credited to your bank a/c after the necessary process on submission of the application to Pf office.
Point 12. is not applicable for you. Hence please leave that blank.

In Page 3. Revenue stamp is not mandatory. Just furnish your signature on that place.

In the below portion ATTESTATION OF EMPLOYER/AUTHORISED OFFICIAL, please fill your date of joining.

Fill all these details and submit the same to us along with the Form 19. On receipt of the same we shall check and process it for further action.
Note that Pf settlement cheque will be sent to residential address as we are not crediting the same to any of the bank a/c. Hence provide your local address to do the needful. With regards Pension, which directly get credited to your Bank a/c after the necessary process from PF office.
Note: You need to send us the hard copy of the duly filled application for processing as the soft copy of it will not be accepted.
Please mention your postal address in form 19c, as your cheque will be dispatched to your residential address after the process is complete.

  1. You can fill the details online at EPF Online, after completing details, Download the generated PDF document, Write the bank account number and cross sign it after pasting revenue stamp and share it with the old employer.

  2. I have resigned on aug 2018,now i want to close my account.so is it possible to do it by online? Which site? How many days it will take to get the money? Which is faster online or paper works ? If i need it fast means what i have to do?
